I agree with the end statement, kind of looks like a racoon with mange. It is creepy looking though.

Looks like some sort of marten or some poor weasle type animal that was mauled or hit by a car or something.

Yeah, I went with raccoon with mange because of the way it was picking food up with it's hands. I have never seen a marten/weasel do something like that but raccoons do that all of the time.

That's true, poor thing looks like it's been through a rough time though.
