From the post:

>With many parts of England grappling with a water shortage, the UK's National Drought Group (NDG), which includes both government and non-government agencies, has suggested citizens can help by... clearing out their inboxes. "Simple, everyday choices — such as turning off a tap or deleting old emails — also really helps the collective effort to reduce demand and help preserve the health of our rivers and wildlife," Helen Wakeham, the agency's director of water and NDG chair said in a statement. The NDG also suggested deleting old pictures.

If a data center is "consuming" water, than it is doing something very wrong. Yes data centers require water input for cooling systems, however that system should be running in a more closed loop fashion to reduce the need for constant re-supply of water. Heat exchangers should not be open loop which would be very wasteful. If these data centers are not water efficient, then they are purposefully designed to limit water to residents and small businesses and make water scarce and costly. Fuck AI and social media jews for pushing data centers as important to all existence. This is part of their {{{plan}}}.

Yeah, I agree but it's not how most of them are built (at least in the USA). Most of them use huge outdoor evap chillers and just absolutely piss water all day every day.
