News flash, dumbfuck. Discrimination is literally part of the 1st Amendment. Because the 1st doesn't just cover speech, but tells you you're free to do business with or associate with whomsoever you wish (Within the borders of the US). Being able to do those actions also includes being able to tell ANYONE YOU WANT FOR WHATEVER REASON TO FUCK OFF AND DIE IN A DAMNED DITCH!
If a business doesn't want to serve niggers, it doesn't have to serve niggers. If a business does not want wetbacks patronage, they are free to tell them to stay out of their establishments. If you don't like faggots (no one does, really), you're able to tell them to take a hike off a short pier with cement shoes instead of getting their GIRDS all over your storefront. If you don't want to sell your house to Abdul and his underage wives and their sexual relief goat (may also be one of his underage wives) you are under no obligation to sell them your house even if they're paying 8 times the amount you asked for.
And you know what? I want businesses to be able to say they don't want White people to come in. I want that, because you know for a fact that if sanity returned and discrimination laws weren't in place anymore (they shouldn't be, they're void under the constitution, but we all know that doesn't stop Evil from doing Evil and stupid things anyway) that businesses would suddenly put up the "No Whites Allowed" signs that we occasionally see already (Remember the food bank a few weeks to a month and a half ago?). That way White people don't give them any more business.
We can go steps further. "Gays not allowed" vs "No Straights may enter on pain of arrest for trespassing." "Troons not welcome" vs "Cis-Hets go away!" "Pedophiles will be fed to wood chipper" vs "MAPs welcomed!"
Make everyone label themselves and really show where the lines lay. Have to watch out for fence sitters, and of course the big companies will stay out of it until it's time to swoop in, but something has to give.
