The kid is fucking retarded and should be locked up for a decade or more, that is off the table.

The seller is also fucking retarded. Who hands over their keys to a potential buyer without getting a copy of their valid drivers license? Also, anyone who has something that valuable, and tries to just publicly sell it through channels that are available to broke people is pretty dumb.
