No shit, they try not to allow that to happen but it has been known for a LONG time that some always slip through. Also, what do you expect when you have "free range" and "cage free" chickens?

To top it off. The packaging clearly states they are fertilized eggs. She showed the $4.49 carton of eggs which had 'Trader Joe's fertile eggs' printed across the packaging.

Some guy has done multiple jewtube videos on exactly this stuff hatching ducks, quail, chickens, etc all from store bought eggs that are NOT labeled as "fertilized".

From the post:

>Don't count your chickens before they hatch - especially if you bought them from Trader Joe's. TikTok users have been left agog after a woman revealed you can purchase fertilized eggs from the popular chain and hatch them. I mean I'd be a little sad if I didn't read the packaging closely and cracked one

If you stored them in the fridge you would never know. If you don't store them in the fridge they still wont grow/hatch without a incubator but they will go bad.

I mean I'd expect that lil blood spot bit on cracking.

What do people think fertilized eggs are!?! People are retards.

Apparently they must have failed basically every "bio" related class they have ever been in.

I do not understand this story at all. Why is this an issue? Who cares? All of my chickens eggs are fertile. So what?

Idiots are freaking out because "they are killing a baby chicken" but they are the same idiots that think abortion is birth control.

At least that is the idea I got from it.

As I mentioned in the original post is that even eggs that are NOT listed as fertilized often a few in a dozen are anyway. No one ever notices because they refrigerate them and never put them in a incubator. I bet the vast majority would be shocked that they have eaten a fertilized egg more than once in their life (even at a Denny's or something).

TLDR; People are kind of stupid.

These same fucking retards who are aghast at eating a fertilized egg wouldn't blink an eye about a human woman aborting a fertilized egg.

You make a good point. "Don't kill the baby bird!!! (I'm going to kill my child later today then brag about it on the internet)".
