I guess.. Good luck? Also, No women should be trying to buy their "first house" without being in a relationship with a man. If you don't like that, well. Fuck Y'all.

At the same time. What the fuck was she thinking? Oh, she wasn't. Not only that. A man that is worth anything could have pointed out all of those flaws and probably had a general idea how much it would cost to fix.

It is NOT normal for men or women to just "live alone" or "buy their own house" at a young age. This is weird (((jew))) hollywood bullshit.

Don't set yourself up for failure.

Yeah. But still. This is her statement. The "ONLY" debt". Thought she was "good to go"? I did not grow up with much. I have always been debt adverse. She maxed out credit cards to work on the house. Either could have done it yourself for 1/10th the cost or been with someone (or had some friends) that could. It is not "normal" for young men or women to live "on their own" anywhere. It was "normal" for a very short time in the US due to a huge amount of circumstances which have been eliminated by "globalism" so.. yeah.

I assume you are out East since that is where most people with "oil tanks" are. Still. You spent money where it was worth it and yeah, sometimes you have to drop a lot more than you would like.

>'Before buying a house, the only debt that I had was student loans and a car payment,' she added. 'I was good to go, had my retirement saved up.'
