Yup free speech and giving a federal law enforcement agency information of a crime. The person that brought this legislation forward can keep their seat but if they are a lawyer "pretty likely" they should be disbarred for making an unconstitutional bill, that should be an automatic disbarment in my eyes.

constitutionality is often debatable, I wouldn't go so far as disbarment. It would be nice if voters would vote people out who pull this crap.

This is the same place iirc that gave out $100,000 fines if you accidentally "misgendered" a tranny, so it might be unconstitutional, but it's unsurprising.
