Switch to a meat-only diet. No seasonings, no sauces. Just ground beef, steak, bacon, eggs, caviar and liver. That shit'll multiply your sex drive by an order of magnitude in weeks, and any extra weight will melt off in a few months. Plants are poison. (Not being sarcastic, the carnivore diet changed my life)

Your body metabolized most plants plenty slower than meats and other proteins.

If you want to lose weight, you're only really half right. Are you sure you don't mean specifically grains?

Hemp is actually great for your diet, by the way.

Also, losing extra fat is as easy as eating an appropriate amount of calories per day. It's seriously not that difficult.

I cut out grains and sugars two years ago. That was a huge boost. Things went into overdrive when I took the next logical step and went zero carb. I actually get very full after about 1200-1600 calories in a day. Yesterday I was satisfied with 1000.

On a carbohydrate heavy diet, even at 20 grams of net carbs a day, my appetite had no off switch.
