So any CP ... forget the law.
There is a difference in the law when it comes to the word "may". It is a directory provision, not a mandatory one.
I suggest you read up on the subject matter as many laws are simply not enforced because of the distinction.
The legislature picked the word, and the legislature is aware of its importance.
If you are brought up for anything and the law has the word "may" instead of "shall" then the argument that there should be no punishment under that law is a strong argument to make.

Well, I think that this case wipes away mens rea for this law too.
Its an overall bad decision.
I think you know what CP can include and it does not need to have any nudity at all.
Now you know what is coming next in that state .. any pic incl. in any email of a minor is now open for prosecution...even if sending your new baby pics to your friends.
So a politician that does not like you finds out you send pics of a minor? You might have to go to trial and you'll be labeled a pedo even if the case has no merit.
