I thought there were some horrible prion diseases specifically associated with cannibalism, but I don't see any mention of it here or in the original article. Perhaps the risk of that depends on circumstances like what parts you eat and freshness?
Honestly I wouldn't think it's immoral in dire circumstances, but is it weird I'd be more reluctant to eat the meat of certain races over others? Such is the depth of my bigotry.
“overridden by our feelings of repulsion and disgust.” REvulsion and disgust are what keep humans from doing harmful things.... like 'ugh....shit' keeps us away frm the bacteria in poop eventhough we may not know the reason, or 'ugh kiss my sister...? GROSS' so our kids dont end up six toed web footed window lickers. Disgust is a sign that something or someone is harmful
