This on top of Red Flag laws results in anti-social media legally SWATting people for posts they don't like.

Thoughtcrime is death. Thoughtcrime does not entail death. Thoughtcrime IS death. I have committed even before setting pen to paper the essential crime that contains all others unto itself.

The thing is, a decent AI algorithm could identify "pre crime" with very good accuracy.

Of course, false poz.

Unfortunately Big Tech has more interest in letting bad shit happen. Along with various deep state fuckery-ers.

Trump is at least attempting to turn it around on them. So if 8ch gets cut off because bad people use the platform, then why not FB, GOOG, and all the other Alphabet corps?

Well if they keep kicking the potential ones off of their sites and onto smaller sites that aren't armed the the AI necessary to do that, then that creates a public safety hazard.

I think for the sake of safety we tell Twitter/Youtube/Facebook that they have to accept all speech on their site and never kick anyone off. After all that isn't a constitutional right and guns are. And they are corporations and not individuals. So if we are going to curtail any rights over public safety I say we go for those first before we curtail the 2nd amendment (which you can't do without an amendment).
