Something is wrong tho... look at the upper left corner, the leaves are green, although no stripes on them, PLUS! if you cover everything else so your eyes can just see the leaves, as not to be tricked by the illusion, the leaves still are green! huh?

So it's basically a black and white picture they added color to. That's not an optical illusion because it's not "black and white" anymore if they added color, this is retarded.
