Perot was a great American.

This country would be far better off if he had won the 92 election.

He called out the swamp and NAFTA all the way back in 92. (youtube.com)

Problem is the average worker that went through multiple layoffs wouldn't have had that lesson that trade treaties that are not fair will make your town broke and let the banks steal your house. No Clinton, Bush, and Obama were the hell we needed to go through to get Trump and to wake up America to Rinos and Democrats only care about themselves for the most part and neither side has a clue how to manage a country properly but only know how to lie and make stupid promises people still fall for. We need more trump like people in congress to fix the fucking budget. Hell the best way to lower the federal budget is to get rid of unions for government workers and teachers, they're running everyone broke with low quality results.

Public unions are a problem for sure.

I'm not 100% satisfied with Trump, but overall he has my support.

I liked Ross. A good dude. But his 19% of the vote gave the election to Clinton over Bush I (who I didn't like, but he was better than Clinton). Without Ross, we would've never had the Clinton's in our life.

IMO Bush should have dropped out and let Perot win!

Bush and Clinton were different sides of the same coin, they were both globalists and pro NAFTA. If you look at Bill's polices they are very conservative for the Democrats today and close to what the Republicans now believe.

Hindsight 20/20, Perot should have waited until the 96 election and ran on the Republican primary ticket like Trump did.

I don't fault anyone for voting Perot. He was the best option. All I'm saying is we're still dealing with the ramifications of him taking away Republican votes at the time.

BTW, I voted for HW ... to me, voting Perot was, as I said, the better option, but was also an exercise in futility.

Everyone laughed when I said I voted for him and 2 years later we were all laid off as the stitching mill went south of the boarder for 15 cents an hour labor. He was right I knew it Lou Dobbs knew it and everyone laughed and trillions of dollars later in lost exports no one is laughing now.

To this day, he doesn't get the credit he deserves.
