Well that's a good reason to not pursue minimum wage. All you do is solidify your wage group being useless. Now you aren't just removing the bottom rungs of the ladder, you're putting them in a wood chipper and greasing the polls with unremovable grease. Also a good reason to not have artificially low interest rates. The necessary pay back period for developing a replacement for artificially expensive workers is loosened to nearly infinity when the interest rate approaches inflation. But getting liberals to understand economics isn't going to happen. They think if they just get angry enough at the symptoms that all the things they dislike will go away.
