I think working 4-5 hours a day is great. maybe 4-5x a week to as well.

I think after that morale of a person and such starts to drop off. At least in my own experience and discussing it with others.

20-25 hours a week that is. I can get a 32 hour work week.

Lots of people working shitty jobs for shit pay, spinning their wheels...

Top tier would much rather keep the worker drones out in the fields, working for THEM, rather than having people enjoying LIFE! It's all good until the drones revolt and start slitting throats...
