Not saying its an excuse but its not like you can fix a motherboard you dumped your mountain dew on. And if your car breaks these days its not typically something your average person can fix.
I know how to generally fix stuff or follow online help to get stuff done myself. And i know lots of competant millenials. And i know lots of useless boomers.

Tell me about fixing a leak, plumbing, electricity, broken window, fix furnitures, wall cracks... you know the basic stuff.

Handywork and plumbing arent my specialties but I can do the basics. I dont screw around much with electrical cuz I dont want to accidentally die.
Im mostly into growing my own food, moreso than wood working or anything like that , though, again, the basics, sanding and resurfacing a table or fixing broken furnature or building a little raised garden... i can manage.
