I imagine most jobs are liberal arts type jobs. I would in this situation not allow student loans for non starter careers like gender studies or race based majors. Anything that is a non starter is turned away for lack of ability to repay the loan with the current job situations in that field. This should be how all loans are given. Like management is not a good as the 80's and vocational schools should be where the loans should go to. Hell medical and dental careers are where the loans should also be pushed since actual dentist are short in supply.
