I think a law should be passed that employees forbidden to carry a weapon have to be paid by an employer 100K if they are injured during a robbery in any way. Seems like the employers only do this to keep from being sued. So lets make them pay for leaving their employees helpless. Hell no gun for them then demand armed security in the back. It's bullshit a cheap fucking employer can do this. Maybe the insurance companies should keep their opinions of store policy to their fucking selves. or maybe the insurance agents can hang out at any new stores they insure on late shifts to see how intimidating the area really is while they really sleep in their suburban homes with not a care in the world.
