Blacks can always start tipping at anytime.

That's not discrimination, discrimination is not tipping your wait staff. FUcking cheap ass customers can take a flying fuck. You don't want to tip then buy wings at a store and eat them at home. The only race thing is blacks are cheapskates and need to go somewhere else. I've known waitresses that refuse to serve white customers because they are ones that don't tip or leave like a penny, don't tip then serve themselves.

Waitresses make half minimum wage. The rest is supposed to be made up with tips.

Personally I think tipping culture sucks and the restaurants should pay a decent wage. But as it stands, I can't blame the waitresses for making this decision.

The lawsuit is not from a customer who didn't receive service. No customer claimed improper treatment. The lawsuit is from a former employee who makes bogus claims about his former boss who probably made a proper decision.
