Very odd, I wasn't expecting this (heart event seemed more likely). He hit his head and then went to sleep? Where did it happen? How?

Here's another report that says a person with direct knowledge said it was due to a brain bleed:

Doubtful. More likely related to the Vax (just had booster 1 month earlier), and they are covering this up.

That is a good possibility , but my theory is also plausible
