Criminals exist in every country. China won't stop them. That's why I said they "officially" are banning fentanyl. The labs will keep cranking it out *off the books* and set up secondary locations to take over the production, just like crack and meth in North America. In fact, the ChiCriminals might even move production closer to the user base, if it becomes too dangerous to make in and ship from China.
