Not surprising; procecution can be partial and in cases like this, is highly likely to be so.. but here's the bomb:

If the displayed impartiality is paramount, then if Mr. Goldspring ever comitted a crime serious enough to send him before a judge in a court of law, procecution and judge better be either islamic or Nazi..

Well, I don't think you have a right to a jury trial. Almost everything in the Bill of Rights is a reaction to some injustice perpetrated by the British, and a lot of the rest of the Constitution.
