I call bullshit on this story. Use some critical thought. How or why did the monkeys all start doing this out of one incident, can they communicate to each other? I don't think so. So why are monkeys now dropping them off cliffs and shit? So monkeys understand physics now? If the monkeys where actually pissed at dogs they would just beat them to death.

Probably one monkey threw a dog off and they act like every dog was thrown.
It would only take a couple times before the other monkeys just started mimicking the behavior.
