...According to a litigation spammer and not a criminal trial. I know the standard of expecting it to be a part of a criminal trial to be legitimate is a little high considering how corrupt our legal system is. But making the list of a litigation spammer is the bottom of the barrel for a standard.

I also bring up the contrast from it being related to a criminal matter because there is a trial going on, and people might think this is part of that.
