The judge wanted to get it out and measure it for the prosecutors so they dropped it. Can’t weasel your way around a tape measure.
I can't remember who but there was some cuck here who swore up and down that the rifle was illegal.
You know who you are, faggot.
a lot of these weapon laws are a bit vague, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people were confidently incorrect over a lot of things
good news for Kyle though, that was the last ball in the air I think
One thing to guess wrong. Another when its spelled out in english, with source, a 17 year old can have a rifle so long as its not an sbr.
thats the only charge that was legit! Kid walks free!
I have no faith in that. Either there will be activist jurors who will convict no matter what or the jury will convict because they've been doxxed and threatened by antifablm
That's the thing about cynics. They're usually proven right in the end.
Antifacepalm
That charge was never "legit". An AR-15 is a long gun......16" HELLO I HAVE A TAPE MEASURE
yay!
BUT HE CROSSED STATE LINES 😭
So are the feds just going to nab him after the trial?
I dunno, but nignogs and wigwogs gonna riot no matter what happens
Chauvin style
Real justice is the jew mini-arm getting arrested for being a felon with a pistol and attempted murder.
He hasn't avoided the jew run railroading yet.
I don't think this is a huge win. I think this is pretty bad. So what happens often in a hung jury - and it's pretty obvious there's a big chance this'll be a hung jury - is they'll bargain down toward the obviously not guilty but lesser charges to be rendered as guilty in trade of not guilty for a more serious charge that the jury is split on. The jury is tailor indoctrinated to find everyone guilty always and such they want punishment regardless.
It depends, if there is one reasonable voice on the jury, they can sway the entire verdict. My case in point, I was somehow selected for a jury on a bank robbery trial, the prosecutor presented facts and evidence. The defense presented a lot of “what ifs,” just smoke and mirrors to influence reasonable doubt.
First jury vote was 11 to 1, I was the only one who voted guilty. The other jurors where outraged. And then I began to explain to them what “reasonable doubt” really means. Facts versus what if. In the end we voted 12 guilty! Sent the plaintiff to jail for life (it was his third strike.) after the trial they interviewed us to see why we came to this conclusion. All the jurors pointed to me. If looks could kill those defense attorneys definitely would have murdered me. Good times!
Good, Kyle did nothing wrong!
