We need to do something. Same is true with all this gang crap in the cities. We need our very own Devil's Island like place like the French did back when. Some of these criminals are just not worth bothering with and have long since given up the right to live in our society. Banish their asses and throw away the key. Let them fend for themselves in some hellhole somewhere.
