Ehhh... More like niggers fail to provide consistent discipline (if any at all) for their spawn. Pretty much all mammals are capable of Pavlovian responses to stimuli, good monkey a gets banana, bad monkey gets smacked, they eventually learn to perform or avoid certain behaviors if you are quick and consistent with responses. Cotton ultimately did get picked.

Performing the training is the thing that takes frontal lobe power, it is the part that requires intellect and human level reasoning. Performing the discipline, actually raising the children, this is where the nog is incapable. Nogs in Africa are pushed off a saggy tit and into the pecking order, they barely parent never mind train their children for a trade/winter homesteading. They run around in a pack like free range chickens and take whatever they want from the younger/weaker. They roam the streets of Baltimore 'hustlin,' fucking and killing each other because gang style tribal conflict is literally all they know how to do.

I used to think that it was just the cruel feedback cycle of poverty begat crime, begat poverty... but then you watch Empire of Dust or start reading some raw colonial era observations and you realize that the second you take the yolk off the African becomes a tribesman. A generation after you stop training the puppies the dogs behave more or less like wolves again.

Whites need to relearn to stick together and stand up for one another again. Blacks never stopped, jews never stopped, The Durka Durka collective never stopped... no other group abandoned their ingroup preferences and invited the world in and look what it has wrought for us and in every single Western nation. It may have been stable for a time, maybe even economically beneficial at first but with time, with replacement, with demographic destruction, just look! Our countries coffers have run dry, the children are naught but wanna-be gopniks and foreigners, we have no industry to employ them in, the government provides very few services and is rendering it's own entitlement spending more and more insignificant to the recipients due to rapid inflation every single day and the country hasn't been this divided in 167 years.

Now is not the time to cling to some 1980's "I don't see color" hollywood America that never existed, you might convince yourself of that but these commies only see color. So yeah, it fucking matters. It matters to them and until we start making it matter to us we will keep loosing.
