Someone brought a real and loaded gun to a movie set, it somehow got mixed in with the props, the handler didn't check it properly before it was handed to Alec, and he pointed it at the head of someone who is not in the movie, and pulled the trigger. Mistakes were made. No big deal.

Is this movie about the video game of the same name? Like, a post-apocalyptic landscape filled with maniacal Macguyvers hastily crafting crossbows on their portable tool benches?
