Yea. I'm oddly with @zombielordzero on this one. All in all, while the guy was slow and sloppy about it, he did manage to pull off an otherwise successful hit. I can't say I will under-estimate a motivated Kiwi anytime soon. However, the swiftness with which the PM of NZ has stood up to say we will change firearm laws, as opposed to, completely reevaluating New Zealand's immigration policy, tells me this was a false flag or preempted one in the planning stages.
