I agree with you. It's sad that Kristi Noem is using the exact reasoning you replied to as why she is not supporting a ban.

Goes to show that she is just another pied piper. I don't trust anybody in government who has power beyond that at a city level, because they didn't get to where they are by being honest or trustworthy.
