We ought to start a rumor about a potential cosmetic makeup bomb attack where two small containers of a woman's makeup (cosmetics) are mixed using a small wand-like device to form a powerful binary chemical device.

That might even out these false alarms a little bit, so the pain is felt by the paranoid bitches who most often make these false reports. Because all of them use lots of makeup.
