Let's start making criteria for which certain populations can be sterilized. Israel already does it (forbes.com) so why not start here as well. There seems to be some groups (wfla.com) that tend to breed without concern for who will take care of all their spawn. It would also seem to be more effective to serialize the women instead since about 2/3rds (datacenter.kidscount.org) of blacks don't even know their fathers. Funny how an argument that starts with men are the problem can be easily changed to women and minorities are the problem.
