A fellow Marine vet I work with asked what I thought and how I felt about Afghanistan. The civilian that has no idea about my past, because it is mine and I share it with who I choose to share it with, now knows I'm not nearly as calm and collected as I portray and appear. She also knows how much I pay attention to everything going on around me. She also responded as I expected her too because I triggered her fight or flight response and she went into self preservation mode. Hell, he didn't even get to finish saying Afghanistan before I started. I even went into this, I've fully revealed my level to two people I work with.

It would possibly even make sense to print and splash that $10.000 on every adult US citizen, as most of it would be spent in-house and thus be returned "in various ways", on a very short term.
It amounts to no more than a couple of trillions of dollars and as the house have assets amounting to about $176.7 trillion, so..

The government doesn't create any wealth. It would just be plundering this $10k from the very group of people it's supposedly helping. It's just a big pit of destruction.

TBH, it's been exactly like that for decades - grifting off the taxpayer - funding those opposed to you and your ideology with weapons and cash - luckily you awoke to the deliberated shame it all is. Millions never will and will still mock and gas light you for it.
