I've heard it a lot. Disgruntled customers are one thing, but I've never heard paypal even defend itself. All of their customers appear to hate them, and paypal just rests on some sort of monopoly.

I almost threw in something about how they never should have been allowed to merge with eBay, but the government doesn't do anything about that any more.
