Are you suggesting the 4th commandment is still in effect? I haven't puzzled out the Greek in Hebrews yet, or really given that book much study.

I've understood the Sabbath to be a sign of the Mosaic covenant and, just as circumcision was a sign of the Abrahamic covenant and expired with the completion of it, the requirement to keep the Sabbath expired with the Mosaic covenant.
This is something I am studying very closely because I spent some time in an SDA church. Thank you for the link. I am still seeking the truth and will include the thoughts at that path in my studies.
God did not command Sabbath observance until Mt. Sinai. Exodus 19:5 states the intent of making the Mosaic covenant. This was after spending 40 years in the desert chastising the Israelites for getting up to gather food on the Sabbath. Yet Christ did not rebuke His disciples for picking corn on the Sabbath. There's also the matter of Romans 14:5-6. It is a difficult question.
God's law does change though. It isn't arbitrary or without purpose. When the purpose is fulfilled the law no longer obtains. God's character is eternal.
Ii still have some questions myself, but concerning circumcision. As I currently understand it, immersion, baptism has replaced circumcision. One important thing is to separate out the teaching of the Pharisees. They added rules to make the Sabbath a burden and get around it. Grabbing an ear of corn to eat is fine. Creating a Sabbath day's journey distance is a way to get around the Sabbath rest. Enjoy your study.
