I hope he wins so people will stop taking weird pictures of kids for commercial purposes. Maybe that’ll slow down the perverts in Hollywood.
Until the overly emotional, greedy, millennials realize they can now sue their parents for all those baby pictures.
As for the "perverts in Hollywood", they were perverts LONG BEFORE Nirvana alledgedly took a baby picture.
Parents taking photos for family albums is different than selling the image for world wide distribution.

A peck on the cheek used to be considered a "friendly gesture", now it's considered "rape" or, at the very least, "sexual harrassment".
