I did some electrical work for a building that our access was from Lower Wacker a couple years back.
For a while we had to be at work at 2-3 am because we we're doing lobby work for the umpteenth fucking floor.
Lower Wacker is already full of homeless and junkies daily, but one day at like 3 in the morning on a Tuesday or something, here comes a hundred 16-20 year olds all riding Razor Scooters down Lower Wacker
Thought for sure they were gonna rob the van while we had the back doors open.
Remember when teenager referred to someone aged 13-19? Now it means nigger.
