I'm sure that at some point up until about 1492, the Moors were quite comfortable in believing that they would always rule in Spain, because for about 700 years, and for all of their living memory, they had. Right up until suddenly, one day, they didn't anymore. So buck up, little buckaroo. Be ready for when the wind and tide changes.
