In all honesty women should not be in the military or in police departments etc. The truth is their inability to do front line positions results in men getting transferred through riskier assignments while they sit behind desks etc. Any police watch commander will tell you he doesn't send the 5'4" female officer to go patrol the ghetto. A woman will get you killed as easily as an enemy. There are exceptions to every rule but they're generally few and far between.
