People were told that they could get assistance paying for their rent but why do that when there is a moratorium that keeps you from getting evicted if you choose not to pay at all. These people who haven’t paid a dime in rent in a year and a half are expecting their past due rents to be excused and that they will be able to continue living in the place they have squatted in for a year and a half.

And only middle-class landlords will bankrupt so that all major landlords get thee full cake!

Class action lawsuits should be held in every state against dementia jackass joe!!! How dare ANYONE try to tell the owner of a property aka the property TAX payer what the fuck they can and can't charge???? When you pay MY fucking property taxes, you will have a say. Until then, FUCK THE HELL OFF!!!!
