People were told that they could get assistance paying for their rent but why do that when there is a moratorium that keeps you from getting evicted if you choose not to pay at all. These people who haven’t paid a dime in rent in a year and a half are expecting their past due rents to be excused and that they will be able to continue living in the place they have squatted in for a year and a half.

And only middle-class landlords will bankrupt so that all major landlords get thee full cake!

It wasn't meant to help people during the lockdown. It was meant to transfer wealth from the middle class to the rich corporations by bankrupting small landlords. Blackrock is buying properties left and right. Where is the moratorium on foreclosure?
