Meat is literally a super food

So called meat toxins one from over cooked or processed meat. Guess what. Over cooked and processed plants are also toxic. Which is a clue to anti meat being a lie.

Veganism is fuking retarded. Any diet deficient in nutrients is fuking retarded.

The only good thing about vegan diet is that it is better than the stock normal plant based diet. Not saying much

The explosion of every modern ailment you can think of has been caused by the replacement of traditional foods with plant foods in the last 100 years. Heart disease, cancer, mental illnesses, autism, digestive issues, skin issues, poor eyesight, tooth decay, really all of it is caused by malnutrition and toxicity from plant based diets (almost everyone eats a plant based diet in the west).

It blows peoples minds that hunter-gatherers would commonly live into their 70s (if they survived childhood) without sanitation, clean water, dentists or any medicine whatsoever. All while having larger brains, being stronger, larger, more fertile and having perfect teeth.

Obesity related illnesses are the biggest killer of people by far. Tens upon tens of millions of prematurely dying.

Obesity is 100% caused by over consumption of carbohydrates. Sugars. Almost all comes from plants.

A look at what people eat and it's mostly plants.

Chips. Fries. Bread. Cereal. Soda. Biscuits. Condiments. Alcohol. Lollies.

You don't get fat eating meat and fat. The science on why is clear and ive posted the why previously

yeah. you're right about carbohydrates turning into sugar. i eat too much white flour, white potatoes, white rice, etc. until a year ago, i didn't even know carbs could be unhealthy. a blood test showed my liver enzymes were high. i don't know if it was from carbs. but it was possible.

for a long time, it's been known that eating meat, especially red meat, can cause high cholesterol, etc. but my main reason for being vegan is lessening the suffering of animals.
