Current students can sue for the entire cost of their tuition paid and likely lost wages for future missed income for trying to mandate a vaccine while you are currently attending the university and enrolled in a degree program. They gonna wake up one day and decide you have to take an injection or your entire future is destroyed if you refuse? That's a legitimate legal claim for damages for pulling that shit.
