Hanging a inconsequential win on religious exemption is the same temporary strategy everyone is jerking off to regarding the ‘states rights’ bullshit.

Immigration is redefining the constituency of the states, particularly Texas. As soon as shitskin numbers are great enough, shitskin politicians dominate the state. When shitskin politicians dominate the state, white resistance laws will be repealed... And there goes the sanctuary.

This. When your "win" hinges on a part of the whole that makes up the problem. Then those who are pushing the problem will just look for ways to substitute that part of the whole for something different but workable. This then lays your win moot, with zero legal bearing.

That's why you have an attorney tell your school or job that you won't be getting the vaccine. It shouldn't make a difference, but it does.

Current students can sue for the entire cost of their tuition paid and likely lost wages for future missed income for trying to mandate a vaccine while you are currently attending the university and enrolled in a degree program.

They gonna wake up one day and decide you have to take an injection or your entire future is destroyed if you refuse? That's a legitimate legal claim for damages for pulling that shit.

Do you really want to go to that school when they reject you? That's like sueing a hooker for not sleeping with you. You might win, but you'll get a grudge fk and a few bad side effects in the process. Jesus said, let the dead bury the dead. They're gone don't try to save them.
