Court file #2110 00751. Unfortunately, looks like this area doesn't automatically put them online (like other provinces / cities) as CanLII doesn't publish every court decision / it's not done automatically. You'll have to go in person to that Calgary court and request transcript by this number.

Same here. At 7:06 he says that they (.gov) failed to provide the material evidence (of sars-cov-2 existence) he requested through subpoena

So it needs to be confirmed, that it's not the result of an administrative clusterfuck

Nope, the guy in the vid represented himself. Sounds like he's done it before or gotten some good advice. There are a handful of simple rules you need to know to navigate the courts effectively. If half of the people who wasted their time learning the rules of sportsball had learned about court procedure instead we'd live in a different world.
