This is all on the DA that brought weak charges and let a threat to society back on the street just because they coach nigger ball for a communist training facility.
I'm not a big fan of the adversarial justice system. It's inherited from England anyways. If there's an unnatural death, there should be a panel, like a Grand Jury, appointed to determine who to charge with what. Leaving it up to whether a public servant "feels like it" is stupid.
A similar injustice happens when a prosecutor has it out for someone. They are charged with a crime on the word of the prosecutor, and the punishment begins (such as being banned from having a weapon; sometimes including jail) even before any fact finding has happened.
As far as I'm aware your system is your own and the UK system does not work like this.
Under common-law the police present the charges. We don't even have DA
