The woman running it sounds like an Indian. Why are they always pretending they can do tech support? They're all uneducated scammers. Plus it's a woman. They belong no where near a computer, a plane, a car etc. Their minds aren't ingrained to embrace technology, mechanics or commanding any type of vehicle.
