Chase was THE worst bank I ever dealt with, and second prize goes to Bank Of The West. Thankfully I had the good sense to flip both the birdie when they took away the free checking, and switched to credit unions. Many years later, never had one regret. The only thing banks can do better than credit unions is find new and interesting ways to screw you out of money.
