Hmmm... the vaccine seems to have turned these democrats into super spreaders. Without the vax they would have been more symptomatic, which would have served as an early warning allowing them to take measures to protect the immunocompromised. But since all three were vaxed and experienced reduced symptoms, their spreader status was hidden.
