I didn't notice, i presumed it, as the claim is ludicrous "in general"..
I'm sure that a black life matters to the single negro entity, but it is obviously not true in plural, as the vast majority are exceptionally egocentric, socially erratic and incapable of peaceful co-existence even intraspecies or as they say themselves: "niggaz r fo diffrent thangz"..
